rtk10's Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the rtk10 platform and its users. By using the website, creating an account, or accessing any service, you are fully agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1 General Provisions

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To create an account and use services on rtk10, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting.
• You are agreeing to these Terms knowingly and voluntarily.
• Your account must not have been previously banned or suspended.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. rtk10 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Verification Process

rtk10 may request documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national ID card, passport, or bank statement. If a verification request is not complied with, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your rtk10 login credentials completely confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are legally responsible for all activity carried out from your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals. If you share your login credentials with a third party and any loss results from this, rtk10 will not be held liable for that loss.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit money into rtk10: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending completion of verification.
• If any suspicious activity is found on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily blocked.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. All payments must be made through a method registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on rtk10 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• A bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise specified.
• rtk10 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of a breach of bonus rules is found.
• All gaming rules apply to bets placed with bonus balance.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

rtk10's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. VIP cashback and benefits are provided subject to specific conditions.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on rtk10 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error or other valid reason.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed or disrupts a game, rtk10 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. rtk10 regularly verifies game fairness in conjunction with its providers.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official announcement of the event result. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Playing or betting through bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software.
• Bonus abuse or gaining additional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or documents.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity against the platform.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, rtk10 will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

rtk10 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We are dedicated to ensuring a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience for our players.

8.1 Self-Limits

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits on their account. Contact the support team to activate these limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Protection of Minors

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

rtk10 strives to operate the platform without interruption, however temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. rtk10 will not be held liable for any loss in such situations.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

rtk10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10.3 Third-Party Services

If any issue arises due to software errors from game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming), rtk10 accepts limited liability and will attempt to resolve the issue with the relevant provider.

11 Changes to Terms

rtk10 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes in the following ways:

• By displaying the updated date on the website.
• By sending a notice to the registered email for important changes.
